Over At Last

Tired is not the word for how I feel today. I started a project on Wednesday last and little did I know how tiring a project it would become, both physically and mentally. My emotions have been at the very edge of my being for five days and I am so glad it is finally over. The memorabilia has been sorted, filed, mailed to people who would appreciate, scanned and logged into my "Family Tree" information, and discarded if not important. That wasn't enough I also rearranged the furniture in my room, as I did a thorough cleaning and dusting behind, under and above everything. My allergies run amok! My body aches!

I have about eight library books out at present, on various subjects, so I think I will spend the day, today, just perusing such books.

Thought for the day: An ordinary man can surround himself with two thousand books and thenceforward have at least one place in the world in which it is possible to be happy. Augustine Birrell
