First the Shingles, then a Hyperactive Thyroid and now Adult Acne. Will it never cease! Seriously, I have been out of commission since the end of March. No job, having to pay COBRA insurance $$$'s and perhaps another couple of weeks before I can begin looking for work, which according to the classifieds there aren't many jobs available. I'll be alright though, I am a survivor.
The bureaucracy that is attached to the field of medicine is atrocious. I knew which specialist I needed to see, but getting approval, and then finding an appointment (this century) was near to impossible. As a result, I suffered for at least three to four weeks longer than was necessary. Had I been smart, I would have just gone to an emergency room.
